My
name is Tonya Dawson. I work as
a cardiovascular radiologic
technologist at
Midland Memorial Hospital in the
boomtown of Midland,
Texas. I知 a mother, I知 a
grandmother, I知 a wife, I知 a
sister, and I知 a child of God
created for a purpose. Even as
a child, I enjoyed looking
through photographs and albums.
I developed a love
for creating my own images with
the arrival of my grandchildren,
and so began my journey. The
world around me began to take on
a different meaning as I looked
through the lens of my camera.
I began to see things in a
different perspective. Unlike
many other photographers, I
started a little late in life,
but my passion is strong and
very much alive. In a portrait,
I love capturing candid moments.
I have enjoyed photographing my
granddaughter痴 sports events
along with her teammates. I
love traveling with my camera to
capture the beautiful
breathtaking landscapes. My
desire is to retire from the
healthcare industry and continue
my journey as a photographer.
I feel very blessed to have
taken on this hobby. Above all,
may I share the mercy and grace
of our Holy Father through
photographs.
